Once goods purchased cannot be refunded.

In case of abnormal loss in transit refund is only possible if customer has a clear video while unboxing the parcel.

DENTS CAUSED TO CAKE TINS/TRAYS TABLES, CAKE STANDS  ARE TOTALLY NOT AT ALL WITHIN OUR CONTOL SO PARSHWA CAKES DELIGHT WON'T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO SUCH PRODUCTS

Video is the only evidence acceptable by us pictures won't be accepted (This is only in respect of other products not mentioned above)

And whenever Acrylic Toppers Are Ordered please order atleast 3-4 Toppers There are many cases customer order 1 pc of Topper even though we put box with bubble wrap for safety even though there are chances of getting damaged In such cases and PARSHWA CAKES DELIGHT won't be responsible for any such damages bcz we to the best of our knowledge try to provide the best possible packaging further transit damanges of such single items cannot be controlled from our end.

NO COMPLAINTS WILL BE HEARD AFTER 2 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF PARCEL
